Run micro-validation experimentsto test demand.
Phase 2 is where you stop guessing and start asking. You'll use validation posts and direct messages to see if people actually raise their hands.
Success looks like 10+ comments, 5+ DM conversations, and 3-5 beta sign-ups. If you hear crickets, you pivot before you build.
1. Validation Post
Post a "Hand-Raiser" or "System Tease" on your main social channel.
Goal: 10+ Comments saying "Me!" or "Tell me more."
2. Direct Outreach
DM 10 warm leads personally. "I'm testing something new—want early access?"
Goal: 5+ Conversations started in DMs.
3. Analyze Signals
Look at the data. Are people excited? Or are they confused?
Goal: 3-5 Beta Sign-ups (Paid or Free).
